Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom a nonprofit group wants to persuade Americans to stay as far from the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act exchanges as possible.

The “Refuse to Enroll” campaign, has created a one-page flier that gives consumers four reasons not to use the public health insurance supermarkets.
